F&I Systems

Commonly referred to as "Menus" or "DMS" systems.  These are software applications used by Dealership users to support deal structuring related to a vehicle sale, usually around the time of delivery, when products are commonly sold.

Digital Retailing

Web and Mobile platforms that facilitate a consumer online shopping experience for vehicles and aftermarket products.  Digital Retailing comes in many forms with focus on the consumer, whether they are shopping for vehicles, or even aftermarket products for their car.

Who is Primary Support to the Dealers?

All Dealer Support for software integration is provided by the Dealer System Vendor to the dealer.  Only the Dealer System Vendor can diagnose or access the dealership software and data.  PEN is level 2 support to the Dealer System Vendor.


PEN cannot diagnose or provide any technical support to the Dealer.

What is Path To Empowerment?

The industry is filled with experts in many areas, but Integrated eContracting requires a simple, yet very diverse understanding of technology systems, and processes.  More important, the data and business terms used by individual brands in the network can be confusing.


There is no learning path for the industry to tie it all together.
